Phone needs to be unlocked and it has to pass the IMEI checker to be able to be eligible for the free trial. Since it shows not compatible it may be locked due to you still owing on it.
You were to decide to move to Visible you would have to pay the phone off before porting in. Visible only has financing through Affirm for new phones purchased through them.
