I ordered the annual plan and paid with paypal.
I chose to have a sim card shipped
I installed the app and it is stuck in a loop saying I left something in my cart but the cart is empty.
I am concerned payment did not go through since I do not see it on Paypal but Visible said it went through.
I am pretty sure this is what is going on but the AI chatbot can't help. How do I get assistance on this matter>

Ok I figured out the problem. Do not split the signing up between a desktop and your phone. it does not work great that way at all. Just signup using the app.
In my case, even though I signed up and gave payment information via the website, I still had to go through the sign up process on the app. When it got to the payment part, it asked to use my paypal which was saved.
Then it only took 5 minutes after that and I was on Visible's network.
