Ive gone through the full troubleshooting with an agent. got to authentication and it asks for an SMS code. I cant get SMS codes due to my SOS status. Ive tried recieving via Wifi-calling, but when i change the status in my phone's settings, It redirects me to the visible website and asks for authentication.
Hi @Nephter - The only way to get this resolved would be to contact Visible Customer Care. They will have to disable the multi-factor authentication temporarily so you can access without getting the SMS.
