Trying to switch from consumer cellular to visible. Visible says my port out number is wrong but it was sent in a text from consumer cellular. I'm kinda stuck.

Hi Stan I hope you are having an awesome day. Lets go over a few common possible problems. 1 call consumer cellular. Ask them for a account port out pin.I would also ask for the account number just to make sure have it correct. Then try again.
