I have tried numerous times to follow Chat instructions and never find a button to let me switch from Visible annual plan to Visible+ Pro?

Have you tried using a computer and signing into to your account to make changes? Click the > icon next to service and plans, scroll down to plans and click switch plans. Otherwise contact customer service and to get by the chatbot and get an agent when a text box comes up type agent.
