Visible does not have a customer service number to contact them by. They handle all of their support online by chat or by messaging them on Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit.
Visible does not have business accounts, they are strictly single line accounts, if you have a business and need multiple lines you will need multiple email addresses, 1 for each account. I may be wrong but don't think you can get tax exempt account with Visible, their price for plans includes taxes and they are not added or collected separately. Also, Visible is all paperless billing, it may be possible to have a .pdf file sent to you to print out but I am not sure. I would suggest for business account you should be looking at the mother ship, Verizon or one of the two for business accounts.
