Text Group sends as Individual Texts

Just joined Visible with iphone se (2nd gen).  Text group with both android and iphones sends as individual texts. How do I fix it?

Ensure that you have MMS and group messaging enabled in your settings>messages. If that doesn’t fix that contact Visible via chat about fixing your MMS feature.
