Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Try logging in a a laptop/desktop into your account, if that doesn't work try clearing cache and history, if that still doesn't work try a different browser.
If you can't get signed in go to www.visible.com on a laptop/computer and click on the help tab and click the little blue box in the bottom right corner. Answer some questions with the chatbot and once you get a text box type agent, it should ask if you want to speak to a representative. If you still can't get that to work you can message customer service on Facebook, X, Instagram or their support page on Reddit.
