This customer service, or lack thereof, is unbelievable. My wife and I recently switched to Visible and have both had difficulty activating our iPhone 14s. Hers was resolved by getting emailed a QR code. I have been asking for a QR code for three days and have not received one. I keep being told, they are examining the details. This is so bad it is funny.

I am having the same problem! Saw another post that said they asked for a QR code and got one. I did the same but they said they "don't do QR codes" .... going on day 7 without service and a million chats later with no resolution.
