Visible  trade-in credit

 

This post is on 8/9/2024.  We have been waiting  since July 8 for our phone  trade-in credit.  We have escalated this issue several times:

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! 

I have chatted/received email for weeks:

This is very frustrating!!!  I keep taking time out of my busy day, away from my 3-year-old to get this issue resolved.  Someone needs to take some responsibility and prioritize this issue to get it resolved soon.

Ask customer care for a call back.

Did you ever get this fixed because I’m having the same issue. The gift card company has even confirmed that visible hasn’t even submitted for me to get a gift card but visible keeps telling me it’s an email issue.
