I ported my Verizon number to Visible 2 weeks ago on my iPhone SE 2nd gen (2020) successfully using an eSIM.
I then purchased a refurbished iPhone SE 3rd gen (2022). I have checked and phone is unlocked and works. I tried several times with help from Visible, but was unsuccessful in activating it. Also Visible did send me a pSIM card during my attempts to activate the iPhone SE 2022 and they were unable to get it to work too. I still have the pSIM card.
So, I wiped the iPhone and removed it from my apple account. But before I shipped it back I tried signing up for a free 15 day trial on Visible with a new phone and it installed it correctly. The SE 2022 phoned fine with the new number they gave me, but I want to still use my old Verizon number.
So I tried transferring the old Verizon number from my SE 2020 phone using the Visible App again, but it fails to send me a eSIM to activate on the SE 2022.
Also, if I go to iPhone SE 2022 Settings>Cellular> add eSIM it shows the Verizon phone number transfer is not supported.
Since I have a 15 day trial with a new phone number working on the SE 2022 I know the phone is compatible.
Any thoughts about how to get my old Verizon number working on the iPhone SE 2022?
I have 15 days to return the iPhone SE 2022 if I can't get this working. Thanks.

Visible finally got the eSIM to work after several hours of support chat and several escalations. Finally I am able to use my new iPhone. It was a lot of time spent on something that seems so easy. Chat support is great. Escalated work needs to happen faster. 4-24 hour response is not good when your phone does not work. I got the phone 9 days ago and it finally works on the Visible network. I chatted with at least 7 different reps to get this phone working.

If eSIM isn't working and Visible and since you have a pSIM have you tried to activate the pSIM on the 2020 model? If transferring eSIM isn't working in the app I would suggest you try and activate the pSIM on the 2020 model and once you get it working just move the card to the new phone, it should work that.
I don't use eSIM myself but if you can use the free trial then eSIM is working on the device and it isn't locked. If you have followed the steps in the link below and you can't get eSIM to transfer I would just try an activate the pSIM in the old phone and move it.
