I am just buying a plan to get the BLUEDEAL and I tried several time with both Verizon and Visible to get my number transferred. The real kicker is that I am NOT the manager of the business plan, I am trying to leave it. The account manager has no idea what I mean by "account pin" and they gave me an account pin that was 6 digits. And like everyone else, the number transfer pins don't work. I also tried several times to connect with Visible on this issue and all I get is silence and work arounds. As a subsidiary of Verizon, this makes no sense. I wish two customer service agents could just talk to each other and sort this out. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!! #verizonbusiness ๐
