Transfer phone # new number

I have activation set up. Why was I given a new number but my old one is still current? I need to keep my Primary number?

Looks like you activated with eSIM. Chat with the Care Team to re-download your Visible eSIM.

 

Make sure that you remove the SIM card or eSIM from the previous service provider.
