Transfered my visible number out by mistake

Hello, I enrolled in Visible's $25/month plan last week, got a new phone number from them, and activated it successfully. Yesterday, I accidentally transferred the number to Metro by T-Mobile, and now I can't log in to my Visible account. The number currently has no service. Does anyone know how I can stop the transfer process and recover my account?

You can't recover an account that is closed by a port.

 

You would have to contact Metro by T-Mobile. When you accidently ported your number to Metro the port closes your account at Visible which is why you need to contact Metro and see about getting your service fixed since you accidently ported to them.

 

You could try and contact Visible customer service but they are going to say pretty much the same as I did. The account is closed and since it is prepaid there is no refunds so you lost what time you had left this month.
