Transferring land line to a Visible Account

I want to transfer my land line phone number to a visible account.

Has anyone done this and share how it is done?

The only thing I have found is transferring (porting) other cell phone numbers to a visible account.

I'm not sure this is the same process.

You should not have any issues, just make sure you can prove that you own that phone number.  Be prepared to contact your landline provider for additional information that visible may need... Like a pin/port out number. & Do Not cancel your landline service until you are positive the port has gone through... although it should cancel automatically. Also, It may take a bit longer to port the number.

Interesting thought, never thought this would be the case.

I transferred my landline from AT&T and it only took 2 days. Gave Visible my account number and Pin and they did all the rest.
