Traveling Around The World - I can’t log into the app or website

Hello There,


I am traveling throughout Europe and Africa but can't login to the Visible website or app.


When I enter my email and password into the IOS app, I keep getting an error message that states "Oops something went wrong, we are working hard to fix it"

 

When I try to access the https://www.visible.com/help/contact-us website directly using local wifi in Nigeria I get a 403 forbidden error.

 

When I try to access support from the app I get an error message that states "Sorry I'm having trouble connecting you with an agent right now. Please try again later".

Exactly how am I supposed to use the Visible app or communicate with support while traveling outside of the United States?

Try contacting them by messaging them on Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit.

 

You getting that forbidden error when using a browser page with a IP address outside the US. I am not all that familiar with how a VPN works but I think you can use that and select a US server to get connected with Visible's website or help.

Type a product name
