Hi all,

Traveling to iceland in one month with my iphone SE and visible.  I will have wifi hotspot in the car for gps/misc.  I will only connect to internet at hotel restaurants etc to send texts/surf web etc.

Do I need to do anything else?  Do I just turn off cellular data, and connect to internet and do gps/text from wifi?

Is it that easy, do I need to do anything else?

I would setup WiFi Calling for Visible while in the US.  I don’t think you will receive any roaming charges on your Visible account when out of the US. You may receive roaming charges if you have another carrier’s SIM or eSIM installed.

A free Google Voice account is always a great backup when things may go wrong.
