Trying to add CISA's Wireless Priority Service (WPS) to your Line ?

"WPS  is a government-managed service that provides authorized users (such as first responders and key personnel in critical infrastructure sectors) with priority call completion over major carrier networks during emergencies or network congestion. "

I support local emergency management agencies and am a Visible subscriber.   According to CISA's Help Desk, even though Visible is wholly-owned by Verizon, Visible has chosen not to support WPS at the cell tower level. This December 2025 info may help you save substantial time making phone calls to Verizon and trying to find answers within Visible.

FYI, this is a customer based forum. If your intentions were to address Visible, it is highly doubtful anyone from Visible will actually see this. You might have better luck on X/Twitter, maybe Instagram or Facebook and tag a CEO or someone high up at Visible. I don't even think it would help to contact Visible customer service and ask about this and they may not even understand you query.
