So I was attempting to switch my entire family of three (myself included) to Visible from Verizon, which involved putting all of our IMEIs through the compatibility checker. All of the devices came back as being compatible, so I was able to switch the other two members of my family successfully. They both have Google Pixel 6a phones, and I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro running GrapheneOS (largely Android based). When I tried to switch my line over to Visible, the compatibility checker suddenly claimed that my phone is incompatible, and all following attempts with the checker yielded the same thing. The only thing that I can think of which may have affected this is being connected to a VPN while trying to initiate service, which I am not even sure is what is causing the problem. Something that I have also recently changed (yesterday) is that I have recently allowed eSIM access for immediate service upon initiation. Does anyone know of any rhyme or reason why my phone is suddenly incompatible with the Visible network, despite being compatible with Verizon? Additionally, would there be any way for me to order a SIM without having to verify the IMEI to at least test my phone's functionality with Visible? Any advice would help.
