Trying to update my address and order a new phone because the old one won't turn on anymore

My old phone died last night. Won't even turn on anymore. (It's a pretty old phone, at least five years.) I'm trying to buy a new phone but I'm no longer at my old billing/shipping address. I've been trying to update the address and a verification code is sent to my phone ... which doesn't work anymore. There's no option that I can see to have the code sent to my email instead.
Every time I try, it just sends a new code to my phone number. And as I said already, the phone is completely dead. Which is why I'm trying to order a new one.
I've searched for help and found absolutely nothing. If I can't replace my Visible phone, there's no point in continuing service. If I can't get past this roadblock, I'll have to cancel and get a new phone/service from somewhere else.

You need to contact customer service and they can verify your account by email. Go to the website and click the help tab and click the blue box in the bottom right corner. That will open a chat box. answer some questions with the chatbot and once a box appears to text in type agent and you should be asked if you want to speak to an agent. You can also message them on Facebook, Instagram, X or on their support page on Reddit.
My only suggestion is if you have a physical SIM card buy an unlocked phone from the manufacturer or from Best Buy and just move the card to that phone unless you buy a new iPhone those don't have SIM trays. I am only suggesting this because buying a phone from Visible locks it to them for 60 days and you won't be able to move it to another carrier until it is unlocked.
