In April, I upgraded to the Visible+ + pro plan. I was on the old Visible+ + plan, which was working perfectly, I had amazing speeds (up to 2GB/S) However, when I upgraded to the PRO plan, my UW symbol stopped showing up, even when connected to the UW network, and my speeds went from uncapped to capped at 400 MBPS. I contacted Visible and have done every troubleshooting step, including factory resetting my phone. However, nothing's fixing this issue. I even went as far as to submit an FCC complaint, which resulted in Visible executive relations telling me that it's "normal" not to have the symbol, even though other phones have it on Visible Pro plan in my area.
Anyone else having this issue?
