Unable to activate

I have a port-out pin from T-Mobile and used the comparability checker for my phone before I did that. I have a Moto G Power (2023). I got a physical Sim sent to me and attempted to activate last night. The process seemed to be going great. It accepted my pin and said my number was with visible now, I put in the new SIM and restarted my phone, then followed the instructions, but when I finally get to the last step where I click activate, it says "something went wrong, we're working hard to fix it". My daughter is having the same issue.

You need to contact customer service about this issue. There isn't much we can do here since this is a peer to peer forum. Click on this link, it has instructions how to contact them.
