I've been struggling to switch to Visible for days now. I keep trying to setup a new account with them and every time I get to the part where you enter your name, email, and desired password I get this error message: "Unfortunately, we'are unable to process your order.". And I've tried all kinds of things to sort it out on my own. I've disabled all ad-blockers, tried different browsers (edge and firefox), and also tried on different devices/networks (laptop on home wifi, and tablet on cellular). Nothing is getting me past this error. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so how did you get around it.

Are you using any special characters such as &, #,*, # or even a . within your name(before the @) in your email address? If you are that might be the issue. Special characters can be used in the password but from what other have posted on Visible's Reddit page not in the name. If that isn't the case then not sure what your issue could be.
