I got a new phone last week and figured it would be easy to transfer service over to it. But during the transfer process where you setup the Visible app on the new phone and deactivate the new phone, I could no longer sign into the app. Each attempt asks me to Secure My Account. It offers a text verification which obviously would not work or email. The problem is - I never get those emails. It's a @live.com account and I am able to get these community forum emails, but no verification emails. I worked with a dozen reps by now and each one of them has failed to resolve this. It's been 5 days now without service. What am I supposed to do here? I am locked out of my account and have no service.

All you can do is talk to Visible customer service. Make sure the emails aren't going to your spam folder. The community forum emails are sent by a different email address, it would not be the same as the ones sent by Visible. The ones I get from Visible about my account and payments comes from visibleatmaildotvisibledotcom(can't use symbols as the forums blocks them as a bad word) make sure that isn't blocked.
Have you tried to to sign into your account on the old phone, another device such as a computer. The old phone should have worked until you transferred the eSIM(assuming that is what you used) to the new phone.

Thanks for the reply. There aren't any emails in my junk/spam/trash folders. I went ahead and deleted all the rules I had setup along with all of the blocked addresses I had accrued. I also whitelisted the address you gave me. But it hasn't made a difference.
I made it far enough in the initial transfer to where it disconnected service on my old phone. So, from my old phone, new phone and web browser, I get the same behavior.

I just had the exact same thing happen to me. Iโve spent countless hours and hours on chat with numerous people and I am at a loss for what to do now. I have no service. Did you ever get help to actually resolve this issue? The only thing I can think of next is to contact the FCC because this is not legal.

Folks, I'm having the similar issues. Visible system has errors in it and the customer service agents know it. Stay away from visible.
