I have been trying to purchase the new Iphone 16e and sign up for Visible's special 2025 deal to where you'll get new iPhone free after sign up for 24 months. However, I've been unable to pay via various credit cards, paypal, etc. I either get an "oops! please check the credit card information or provide an alternate payment method" message or that after a payment submission the screen goes blank and when you refresh web page, my account still shows the phone is still in the cart. No purchase confirmation history or email. I've already called my banks and confirmed there are no issues from their end and that my cards aren't locked. However, there's a bunch of pending charges in my credit card now. I've already chatted with support for 4 days now and they state that the purchase transactions never went through and to retry again. Support has assured me that all of these pending transactions on my cards will not follow through because they say the transaction never went through. Support's suggestions were to check/update my account and ask me to remove the iphone from the cart and retry the purchase again via incognito, app or regular browser but still end up the same problem. Has anyone been experiencing this issue recently with this deal?? Thank you.
