Use hot spot as internet solely

I travel to a lake periodically and don't want or need to pay 100.00/mo for internet. I surf the web and Netflix, HULU, MAX, ESPN etc...   My Verizon phone service works in the area but has data cap on hotspot usage. Can I sign up for a Visible plan and use that phone solely for internet ie just as if I had a router and traditional internet service. TIA

Technically it does go against Visible's terms and conditions to use their service as a whole home internet replacement. You may have been better off just signing up and not asking what you were planning on using it for. I don't see Visible bothering anyone for 200 to 300GB of usage a month. People have mentioned on Visible's Reddit page of using upwards of 500GB a month data, didn't say if that was on hotspot though, and haven't gotten any notice.

Here is the section from the T&C: For example, if you use your Service in an inappropriate or unapproved way, like manipulating our Service to use it as a replacement for a home broadband service, then we may take action to limit, suspend, or end your Service. We may look at usage patterns or activity to determine if it appears that you are using your Service as a home broadband replacement, including how data services are used and if the Service is being used exclusively, or near exclusively, through the hotspot feature.
