Visible app stays stuck on the white screen. I’ve updated the app. Updated iOS. Deleted. Redone everything. Chat has no idea. Log in on another device same thing. Log in on the web- I can see more but cannot access “overview”. If I didn’t have autopay set up I would be screwed. They escalated my case and the person just sent me a link to reset my password. That was NOT the issue. No other correspondence.
