When I launch the Visible app on my iPhone running iOS 17.6.1 the app freezes on the start screen, displaying the Visible logo and remains there.
I have tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but the same behavior remains.

Do you have a working cell phone assigned to your account?
I had a similar issue when reinstalling an eSIM on my iPhone SE 2022. The solution was to do the install with the web app and use the QR code option
