Visible is not able to send me verification emails.

Visible is not able to send me verification emails. they claim it is because google or gmail blocking them.

I created an 3 accounts with both yahoo and gmail, all of them never get any verification emails from visible.com 

anyone find  a solution to this?

Update: I can get emails from everyone normally, so my email is perfectly fine. while trying to troubleshoot this I got spam emails & emails from friends & even the visible community site emails. But not visible verification emails.

Visible support asked me to check the following: 

• does my wifi work?
• can i check my email from another browser
• can i check my email from another computer
• can i change my email to a new one
• can i change my email settings to turn off "conversation view"
• can i make sure I am connected to the internet
