I just chatted with Visible. They were able to make changes on their end, have me reset my network settings, then restart and my texts now work. I had tried resetting my network settings on my own and it didn't work. Therefore I would suggest contacting Visible support to resolve the issue.
Northern NY, not receiving text for 2 days. Still not receiving today. Spent hour yesterday afternoon with Tech Support and they tried everything to no avail and just said they are working on the problem.

Same issue here, I can make and recive phone calls, I can send text/sms messages but I cannot recieve them. Didn't even know until a friend called me about a text he sent that I didn't respond to. Been DM'ing visible care on twitter no respones in over an hour and have still been waiting for visible chat to get back to me for over an hour.
