Visible won't accept my T-Mobile PIN to port my number!

I am trying to port my number from T-Mobile to Visible. My cousin who was on the same plan at T-Mobile did it without any issue hours ago but when I try, Visible says the PIN does not work. After literal hours on the phone with T-Mobile and in chat with Visible rep, all I get is generic replies that they both blame the other carrier. The PIN is correct, it is one PIN for all of the lines out of that account that are trying to port to other carriers and yet Visible keeps not allowing me to bring my number cause they say the PIN is wrong.


Steps taken so far:
- T-Mobile has confirmed the transfer PIN and it is valid until May 16

- The PIN has worked for my cousin who came to Visible and for my niece who went to Mint Mobile but not for me (we were all on the same plan)

- Visible tech support escalated and "investigated" and figured out zero new info telling me to contact T-Mobile 

 

Has anyone had any issue like this and do you have any advice?

If it is the pin for all lines on an account, it is not the port out pin. The port out pin is a unique PIN for the single line you are trying to port. Tell TM that you need the port out pin for the line you are tring too move to V.
