Visual Voicemail Transcription

I have a Pixel 6 Pro, and recently switched to Visible. My visual voicemail since then has stopped transcribing my voicemails. It's odd, because I can click share, text them to myself as a audio file, and that gets transcribed, but it's not transcribing them inside of the dialer app any more like it did on my previous carrier. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a way to solve it?

Three years and Visible hasn't even responded? That's pathetic. 

My voicemail transcription used to work fine with Visible on my Pixel 7a. I can't be sure, but I think it stopped working when I activated eSIM. It definitely seems like a carrier connection issue. I assume that Verizon doesn't like us pre-paid peasants having premium features, and eSIM gives them more control over network and hardware settings.
