After Porting my # From VZW it never created a mailbox in the system. If I call #86 it prompts me for the mailbox number I want to leave a message for, same prompt if someone calls me and I don't answer if I type in my # it says the mailbox is not valid. I've spent hours in multiple sessions with support and the keep blaming my phone, when my phone can be turned off and someone should be able to leave me a message. It's thier voicemail system, it has no mailbox for my number. How do I get help with this without having to explain over and over?
