Hello, I have the issue with a voicemail. When my phone is connected to WiFi or cell data and I don't answer the call, it goes to the voicemail and I receive voicemails just fine. Visual voicemail works too.
But whenever my phone is offline (turned off, or in airplane mode) the voicemail doesn't work at all, people see the call instantly dropped and that's it. I made sure to call *73 to disable call forwarding just in case, it didn't help. My phone (Samsung Galaxy, unlocked Verizon version) doesn't have call forwarding in settings.
