Hello, since the Global Pass feature update (which I really cheered for as a frequent traveler when it came out), I cannot make or receive calls/texts abroad even through Wifi when Global Pass is disabled. I get a voice saying "cannot complete this call" when I attempt a call and I also cannot get 2FA messages like the ones my banks send me, which is super troublesome. And with Global Pass enabled, Visible charges 10$/day as soon as my phone connects to a roaming network even without any data activity. In fact, before the Global Pass feature got released, my Visible line would not connect to towers abroad, but I could still make/receive calls through Wifi and did not have this problem. Having to pay 10$/day for extended trips abroad just to be able to get calls and text messages is not a viable option. Mind that I'm on Visible Pro+, which funnily now lets me call my home country for free from US but would cost an extra $300 to spend a month there just to keep my line active. Visible should really fix this, either allow back Wifi calling abroad when Global Pass is disabled (this really should be the low hanging fruit) or even better, include some roaming minutes/texts like US Mobile does now. I would like to stick to Visible with its unlimited premise and everything, but this is becoming something like a deal-breaker to me.
