WiFi calling Option does not show up.

Okay so this is my latest attempt to get help been working on this for over a week now all day sometimes with Customer support. I have 3 phones on Visible now. The first phone had Verizon already and switched fine with a PHYSICAL SIMS got WIFI calling no issues. My 2 Samsung Galaxy's S21 and S22 switched from T- Mobile. I switched them to Visible using eSIMS had issues even getting that to work but got them both on eSIMS Visible but now i have no OPTION for WiFi calling on either of them but when i switch back to the T-Mobile PHYSICAL SIMS i get the Option. I've now order 2 PHYSCIAL SIMS from Visible and testing the PHYSICAL SIMS on the S22 and still do not get the Option for WiFi calling. I switch back to the PHYSCIAL SIMS for T-Mobile and the option is there. Customer support said they turned on the WiFi calling but its not there.

I had to get a Verizon SIMs Card to get onto their network. Its now showing the option but now i cant even use WiFi calling cuz its saying "Unable to active WiFi calling at this time please try again later" lol this is a joke.

I can send you pictures if you like. Like i said if i turn the PHYSICAL SIMS(T-Mobile) on and turn off The eSIMS(Visible) i get the option in the phone app settings for WiFi calling and in my connections setting. I turn the PHYSCIAL SIMS off and Turn on eSIMS(Visible) I lose the option for WiFi calling in both settings
So it is not my phone
I stated before i got a PHYSCIAL SIMS from VISIBLE already and tested it on my S22 and still do not have the OPTION for WiFi callin

I don't have T-Mobile anymore just have the PHYSICAL SIMS still in the phone

My WIFI calling wouldn't switch on, I think the same error you received. But I tried again later, and a option popped up, "need to add local address for 911 call if location couldn't be determined" Then hit accept terms and it worked.  Removed Verizon SIM card, and installed Visible SIM card at Activation time.

Had to load the Physical SIMS to a eSIMs on the first one after losing service completely on it. That then fixed the service and reset network settings and what not and then WiFi started working after days of trying to figure this out Ron at Customer service helped me greatly and the Advanced support team at Visible.
