I reported an issue with Wifi calling not working a few weeks ago, I received this message below via email from the Visible care team on 7/19/2024.
We are reaching out regarding the issue you are experiencing with Wi-Fi calling. Our engineering team has investigated your account and found out that your information is provisioned in our backend and it shows on the records that you are able to make Wi-Fi calling. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work on a resolution.

My Wifi calling still is not working and I'm starting to get a little frustrated with this issue dragging on.
