I've been keeping an eye on my email for the $250 virtual gift card I was supposed to get with my phone purchase but have not received it even after the 3 months of service that the automated chat said I would need to wait.

Hi, unfortunately we can't help. We are just a community of users. However I would suggest chatting with Customer service. Did you lose service at any point of time during the time you had to keep service? In other words was your bill late any of the months? If not I would absolutely chat in with care.
