Woke up this morning and the data speeds are unbearably slow.

I can't break 50 to 75kbps. Sometimes it rises to like 150 to 200kbps, then drops again. Did something happen?

Try to reset the networking settings and then restart the phone. This may help to get better result. If this doesn't help, reach out to chat agent and then request them to reset your SIM.
