Won't accept any payment method

I'm trying to make a payment for my monthly service and it won't accept any of the payment methods. I've tried PayPal, venmo, and several different cards. I've tried the app and the website. The customer service isn't helpful at all. They tell me they escalated the situation to higher ups and they emailed me a final resolution but no such email has appeared. I never knew trying to give someone my money would be this hard. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try reaching out on X or FB messenger. This is peer to peer support forum. Try with different card from your friend or family member with their consent.

I've tried multiple different cards as stated. Tried PayPal and venmo. I've reached out to them and they are useless.
