Last week bought a phone through the Visible/Back Market phone deal which gave me a code to enter to activate a $20 a month deal for 24 months. Today received the phone but when I try to enter the code I recieved to activate service it says its expired, and when I try to click help it says my account has been canceled.
I still have to order a Visible Sim but it wont let me do that - also because my account has been canceled (Its never even been active, I just applied a few days ago.
Anyway.. I want to activate this phone I purchased via the Visible website (through Back Market) and take advantage of the $20 a month plan that drew me.. but it wont accept the code or even allow me go order the sim.
What do I do?
