Upgrade network plan

I’ve been trying to upgrade my network to the new plan but I can’t because my account still has my old phone on it and undefined/mo. When chatting with visible, I was told they can’t access it and need to blog it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Very low volume on cell calls

Hotspot notworkibg

For a month and a half my hotspot has not worked, and my signals been terrible. I have spent over 75 hours on chat with visible with them having me try everything possible. Yet visible has not fixed my issue
