Hotspot notworkibg

For a month and a half my hotspot has not worked, and my signals been terrible. I have spent over 75 hours on chat with visible with them having me try everything possible. Yet visible has not fixed my issue


Transferring to my previous number with a different carrier is taking a very long time. Should I be worried?

Port in, can't make phone calls

I ported in but text massages work sometimes, internet is working but calls are unavailable, neither to receive and to make. Is there anyone from visible that can help me? It's been few days from the initial transfer and i need to use the phone.
