My phone stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I cannot access e-mail because I use the phone for 2 factor authentication. I get "Text messaging service has been denied." in text messages. I cannot make or receive calls and I cannot get internet access....

After upgrading to plus

My account says that I need to restart the phone to finish upgrading. I have restarted a couple of times, but the account still says the above. Is this normal? How can I check that I am on the plus plan?
