Hello! I have inquired via Visible chat various times and gotten no helpful response. I need my redemption promo code for the $200 gift card. I should have gotten one by email back in January, after my 3rd bill paid, but I did not. Help!

Calling in Italy - support for eSim

Does Visible support international calling in Italy? I will be travelling in September, but would like to switch to Visible now.I don't want a big hassle in September to make this work.

Enable Calls to Mexico

I have Visible+ and cannot make calls to Mexico. Chatbot is useless and cannot tell me how to enable calls to MX. One post says to enable it in account settings; however, I don't see anything in account settings about the topic. Please help!
