Insurance issues and its problems

VISIBLE KICKED ME OUT OF MY INSURANCE AND REFUSES TO REINSTATE IT. They cancelled it without warning after I paid for two years. They refused to reinstate it and now that I paid for the yearly service. they refuse to refund my money too.

I'm getting the following error message when trying to sign up for new service."You've reached the maximum number of attempts. Please try again later."

Poor outgoing call quality

I have had issues with outgoing call quality. People say that I keep breaking up. I can hear them just fine. When I facetime someone the audio quality is fine. This happens on and off wifi. Any suggestions?
