I'm interested in switching from Verizon to Visible. I am still making monthly payments for the phone under my Verizon plan. I can not get an answer as to how this scenario would be handled if I should choose to switch to Visible.

I’m currently traveling in China, I can’t use the visible app or the official website. I did not set up auto pay before the trip. How should I make my payment? Thanks!

Can't Receive Calls/Text and Log into Account - # ported

I signed up and ported #. Said all went well and should restart and in 30 minutes would be good but been 2 hours and can't call/text send and receive. Tried to log into account but wants to send me text to verify account but can't receive text. HELP....
