Checkout glitch
Visible will not allow me to check out. After I enter my port out act and pin and zip it goes on to checkout and then freezes. Tried in 3 different browsers, four different times. I hope the service runs smoother than the website..

When I run the visible coverage map it states "network available" but when I attempt to sign up I get the "there may be a network issue in that area". Yeah, it's a really remote area, but Verizon functions very well, but I can't find out if they own ...
the chat box was super unhelpful and so far this community one is also. I am already regretting my decision to switch to Visible. How do I know they have switched me or cancelled my old Verizon account and billing????? Please someone answer...
How do I know if my old Verizon account/ billing has been cancelled. Just started with Visible.
App will not accept email address says it is already being used. I have tried to sign up several times and that may be the issue. Please help to correct.
