pay bill

I cannot pay my bill. This is the message I get. Something went wrong. We are working hard to fix thatWill this be resolved later today so I can pay the bill?

Not connecting after loose service

I have a iPhone XR and when it looses service it doesn’t like to reconnect to the visible service automatically without me turning on airplane mode and then turning it back off. Anyone have this problem?
