I saw that Visible had a Chat where I could communicate with someone to start my service but cannot seem to locate it on their website. Can anyone tell me if this is truly available and how to access it? Thank you!

Brand new iphone (14) will not activate

First tried to activate on my iPhone 14 Pro and it would not work. Spoke to technical support for 2 days and nothing. Went to the Apple Store and traded mine in for a brand new iphone 14 and still will not activate with QR Code. Still says SOS.
